提告撤銷博弈公投案　法院駁回！金門縣民敗訴 2017-10-30

金門縣博弈公投在上星期以正24368票對2705票，9比1的懸殊比例，反對博弈案縣民大勝。結果公布後，反對派楊秉訓等縣民提告撤銷公投案，但台北高等行政法院認為，楊男等人並未經過「訴願」程序，金門縣政府函送行政院舉辦公投的函文，屬於行政機關的行文，沒有法規制作用，不符行政訴訟規定，裁定駁回。(社會 / 2017-10-30 16:55)
